Q?How does it work?

EBS offers English courses via Skype with real English tutors on Skype. Different courses are provided.

Q?How can I choose the right English tutor?

A.

Once you register for a trial lesson or for a course, you get access to the Member Area.
Once of the features from the Member Area is the tutors list. You even have a criteria search if you are looking for a tutor with a specific profile (male or female tutor, accent, availability, etc.)

Q?What if I need to cancel a lesson?

A.

Canceling a lesson must be done via the Member Area. You need to cancel the lesson at least 12 hours in advance, or 1 hour notice only for the Pro packages.

Q?How long is my package valid for?

A.

You have 6 months from the purchase date to use all your lessons (1 year for 40 lessons or more packages). If you need more time to complete your course, send us a message via the Member Area before your package expires and we’ll extend your course for another month. Otherwise, you can purchase another package before the expiration date, and we will extend your package for another 6 months.

Q?Why do you ask for a phone number if I want a Skype lesson?

A.

It’s very important for us to know that we can reach you. If the tutor doesn’t find you online at the time of the lesson, he/she will call you on the phone numbers you provided to check what is happening.
Most of the time, it’s just a matter of accepting the tutor’s Skype request to be able to start the lesson.
